My top 3 MAC face brushes

Hi cupcakes :)

Today I picked my top 3 MAC  face brushes. These are the brushes that I absolutley love for my face in my MAC brush collection. I paint the tip of my brushes pink .... they don't come like that :) I paint the tip of my brushes so mine will not get mix with other people brushes ...for example my sister or friends :) Now lets talk about the brushes....

MAC 134 Large powder brush

This is a big paddle face brush. I used this brush for applying face powder and bronzer. It is super fluffy and super soft. Perfect brush for applying loose powder.

MAC 168  Large angled contour brush

This is an amazing  angled brush. Great for contouring but I also use this brush for blush. Since the fact that it is very fluffy and small it can be a perfect blush brush. I call it a multitask brush. You can use it for many things like applying blush, contour, set the under eye powder,  or as a highlight brush.  And it was my first MAC brush ever :)

MAC 187 Duo Fibre face brush

Alright beauties I save the best brush for the last  ... MAC 187 brush is my favorite brush in my entire brush collection.  Its a Duo fibre face brush. I use this brush for my foundation because I always like light / natural coverage for my foundation. It makes the look of a foundation very natural, almost like you are not wearing a foundation. Which is very nice look for college or school.  I have used this brush for applying powder as well and it worked great but its perfect for applying liquid foundation.

All of my MAC brushes are many years old like I can not remember it. They are my very old buddies. I love the quality of these brushes and they are totally a investment. Even after so many years they are still in amazing shape, does not shed or bleed. However, now days there are so many cheaper good quality makeup brushes are available. But if someone is looking for a investment on makeup brushes than MAC brushes are hands down.

I would love to know your favorite makeup brushes .... it might be a good time for me to know more brands :)

XoXO,
Ambi

  1. I don't own any MAC brushes, I find them too expensive for my wallet and I prefer using the money to purchase an expensive cream or serum instead! They look lovely though, you can actually see the difference in relation to the cheap ones I am using! Great post love! :)

  3. Great review! I'm always impressed by people who know how to use different brushes. I always seem to use one brush for everything! The angled one looks interesting to me... might look into that more!

    1. Actually When I goto MAC makeup counters they all have their brush tip painted. And I also saw on a you tube video. So that way your brushes dont get mix with other people brushes :)

  14. Is it sad to be swooning over makeup brushes? Because that's exactly what I'm doing right now haha. They all seem so large and puffy, exactly what I'm in need of as mine are all looking a little bedraggled at the moment!

  17. My favourite brushes are definitely Wayne Goss brush set, the first one that he launched. I use them everyday and had them since 2013 and they still look as good as new.
